Bookkeeping
We provide accounting services to real estate and other business entities including property management companies, real estate brokerages and consulting firms. Our accounting services can include calculating commission splits; check processing for commissions, accounts payable, owner distributions; employee payroll and payroll tax submission; revenue recognition and expense recording. We reconcile all bank accounts including operating accounts as well as trust accounts. In addition, we prepare monthly financial statements for owner review. Cost for these services is generally a fixed monthly amount and will vary depending on the expected number of transactions processed each month. Monthly packages start as low as $250.
Accounting and Tax consulting
We can assist you in selecting an accounting software, related tax software, and/or setting up your accounting records. We can also assist with identifying adequate accounting processes or hiring of accounting personnel. The cost of these services is on an hourly basis as needed and negotiated prior to any work being initiated.
Tax Preparation
We can prepare state and federal tax returns for entities that we provide accounting services including corporate, LLC or partnership returns.
IT Solutions
Our sister company is a full service IT firm which can provide services including setting up printers, laptops, wireless services, data storage and security, software installation, and networking solutions.
